The most effective way for Losing Weight is exercise. You just do some cardio workout everyday like jogging and running for miles. That would effectively burn the fats in your body.

Thanks for the comment. There are many people who have some sort of issue with jogging, running, and other exercise regimes. And many more who seem to think that they’re burning off so much energy with their exercise that they can forget about what they’re eating. There are ways to get around these barriers to real weight loss, even for “idiots”. :-D Read the book and tell me what you think?
When you are trying to lose weight, the best way to do it is still by proper dieting and exercise. Avoid taking slimming pills at all cost, they do more harm than good.
I have been doing this cleanse for years and it is wonderful. This book along with the web site answers all the questions about this diet you need. I actually had a question I could not find the answer to So I called the author (Peter) and he promptly called me back with the answer I was looking for. It is great to see others experiences and know that your not alone out their trying to cleanse. There are others going through the same thing you are and the best part is knowing that it actually works! Go on Detox you’ll be glad you did.
Exercise and strict dieting can do magic if you are trying to lose weight. I did a lot of cardio just to lose weight.;:`

Unfortunately, our bodies LOVE fats – they absorb them like crazy. Originally, consuming fats and storing them was the way our bodies prepared for “leaner” (in both senses of the term) days – when no meat or other food was available at all. That’s why it’s important to watch our diet and control (not eliminate – that just creates uncontrollable urges that turn into binges) our fat intake. if you want to protect the integrity of your heart, then low fat foods should be the thing to go.
